Under Mark’s direction, SailPoint has grown from a collection of fresh ideas into a publicly recognized leader in the identity management software market. Mark directs and drives the overall vision and strategy for SailPoint, which is underpinned by his commitment and passion for building top-performing teams, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment, and focusing continuously on the needs of customers.

Teaming is a concept that Mark promotes throughout the company: teaming with forward-thinking customers to understand their needs, with partners to ensure customer success, and ultimately within SailPoint to develop innovative, market-leading solutions. Mark has a successful track record building and growing ground-breaking identity management companies. In 2000, he founded Waveset Technologies. In its first three years, Waveset experienced rapid growth under Mark’s leadership, with revenue growth of 250 percent year over year. His leadership quickly took the company from small start-up to industry leader, ultimately leading to its acquisition in 2003 by Sun Microsystems, where Mark served as vice president of software marketing. Mark’s career also includes diverse experience in international sales and marketing with Hewlett-Packard and IBM/Tivoli Systems.

Sanyin Siang

Executive Director | Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics

Sanyin helps leaders launch and create value by focusing on mindset, behavioral change, and team and culture building. Sanyin is a CEO Coach, Author, and the Executive Director of the Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics (COLE) at Duke University.

The COLE center is a leadership laboratory that engages all of Duke’s Daytime MBA students and convenes high-level think tank gatherings to explore today’s complex leadership opportunities and challenges. 

Sanyin coaches C-suite executives.  She is an advisor for GV (former Google Ventures), Duke Corporate Education, and the Sports Innovation Lab. Her thought leadership has appeared in Forbes, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, and CNN. She has more than 850,000 LinkedIn followers. She is a LinkedIn 2017 Top 10 Influencer and a 2018 Thinkers50 On the Radar.  She is in the original cohort of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches.

She has served on boards of startups and nonprofits including the National Board of the Duke Children’s Hospital & Health Center, the Governing Board of the Emily Krzyzewski Center, and Museum of Life & Science.

Sanyin received a BSE in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA from Duke University.

Mark Greene

Mark Greene grew up Jewish and joyous, and celebrated becoming a Christian in his early twenties. He worked in advertising in London and New York, loved it, and is still prepared to admit it.

He is Executive Director of the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity and was Vice Principal of the London School of Theology. He speaks, tells stories, and writes, mainly on the joys, trials, and surprises of living all of life as a follower of Jesus in today’s world. Mark is the author of many wonderful books, including Thank God it’s MondayProbably the Best Idea in the WorldAdventure and Fruitfulness on the Frontline.

Matt Bird

international speaker, author and broadcaster

Matt Bird is an international speaker, author and broadcaster. He has spoken in 30 countries to more than a million people, has written 11 books and writes for The Times newspaper.

He is the CEO/President of Cinnamon Network International whose vision is to see communities, cities and nations transformed by the life and love of Jesus.

He is also the founder of Relationology International through which he works as a keynote speaker helping clients increase performance and growth through the power of relationships.

He is a sought after communicator who helps leaders, teams and entire businesses create relational cultures that foster growth, innovation and opportunity.

Practising what he preaches, Matt runs a philanthropic foundation that ignites positive change in communities across the world. For this, Matt has received commendations from successive Prime Ministers and been invited to co-chair the 10 Downing Street ‘Community Advisory Group’.

He writes regularly for The Times and lives in London with his wife Esther and their three children.

Matt Lesser

Chief Financial Officer | Community State Bank

Matt Lesser will serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Community State Bank. Prior to this role, Matt served as Senior Executive Manager of Ambassador Enterprises University (AEU) and Ambassador Solutions Institute from early 2017 until December 2018. AEU/ASI offered a variety of programming to codify learning and best practices and transfer that learning to others. Matt has had the privilege of training leaders and leadership teams on 6 different continents.

Prior to Ambassador Enterprises, Matt and his mother started and grew an organization in the petroleum industry for 15 years (wholesale distribution and retail service) serving IN, MI, and OH.

Matt currently chairs the Elder Board of Dayspring Community Church, LLC (Auburn, IN), serves as a board member for Crossover Communications Foundation (Columbia, SC), and as a board member for Wildman Business Group (Warsaw, IN). Matt’s recent board service (concluded December 2018) included chairing the Board of Directors of Ambassador Supply, LLC (Fort Wayne, IN), and serving as a board member for Elevate Ventures (Fort Wayne, IN), Correct Craft, Inc. (Orlando, FL), and USSL (Tanzania, Africa).

Matt treasures being a husband to his wife, Tiffani, since 1996 and they are enjoying watching their 3 children grow (Quentin, Danielle, and Blake) into their uniquely normal, God-given identities. Matt also enjoys traveling (particularly to Europe and Africa—he has been to 42 countries spanning 6 continents), biking, running, weight-lifting, writing, speaking, and reading.

Michaela O’Donnell Long

Strategist and Senior Fellow | Fuller’s De Pree Center

Michaela O’Donnell Long is a Strategist and Senior Fellow at Fuller’s De Pree Center, where she leads initiatives for entrepreneurs and women in leadership. She is also an Adjunct Instructor of Practical Theology and Leadership at Fuller Seminary. Michaela’s doctoral work focuses on how the church can support people in developing an entrepreneurial posture for a changing world of work. In addition to her academic work, Michaela is the Owner and Managing Director of Long Winter Media, a vibrant creative agency that helps brands make an impact through multi-media content. Long Winter Media’s roster of clients includes Google, YouTube, NBC Universal, University of Southern California, Presbyterian Church (USA), Fuller Seminary, and many more. Notably, the Oprah Winfrey Network picked up a short film she produced for Oprah’s show Super Soul Sundays. In her various roles, Michaela has coached many women and men in their entrepreneurial development.
