This video feels to me like a time capsule... so much at Bandwidth has changed, so much is the same.  Our purpose and the way that we seek to love people and know God through our work is the same.  The challenge with staving off a natural tendency toward workaholism is still there.  Oh, to see the differences between this startup and the public company that God has enabled and empowered.   You see a seed that has sprouted here, and the farmer (CEO David) that was toiling in the fields, plowing, seeding, harvesting, pruning and seeding again.  He's still out there, still doing the same.  He has a little less hair and much larger field now and his love of God and the experience of His joy are the same.  I think about Eugene Peterson and his encouragement toward a faithful obedience in the same direction.  Flashbacks like this help see that in action.
