Xavier Morales has been president and owner of FXM Ingredients for Success since 1988. FXM provides food ingredients for the Mexican market. During his career as a chemical engineer, Xavier has worked at a variety of companies including Anderson Clayton, Liquid Carbonic, Dupont, Cydsa, and Gamesa-Nabisco. At age 42 God moved Xavier to start his own business founded on biblical principles, including honoring God, integrity, innovation, and service. The company represents more than 30 international companies and provides ingredients for the most important food companies in the country. They have developed a special Character First program where teams are trained and study a monthly character trait, which has created a culture of service, unity, and motivation. Every Monday the whole company shares a devotional from the Word of God and joins in prayer for His blessing. God has blessed this company and its resources have been used to help widows, grant scholarships, and develop a child evangelism program (APEN) for the whole country.

Xavier and his wife Gloria have been married for 48 years and have three daughters, five granddaughters, and two grandsons. They live in Houston, Texas where they attend Second Baptist Church and serve in the marriage ministry, leading Financial Freedom seminars, and collaborate as Sunday school teachers.
