Melvin Airheart leads a network of hyperlocal church communities in Alabama that share a deep desire to love and serve their neighbors.
As a retired missionary and active entrepreneur, he has seen the powerful ministry that can happen when Christian business leaders live out their faith in the marketplace.
“Entrepreneurship is a redemptive thread of our culture because that's something that people out there are doing in the world. And in order for it to really work, you have to apply kingdom principles.”
His own experience made him enthusiastic about introducing his church network to Faith Driven Entrepreneur, and he has been impressed by how easy it was to bring the content into regular meeting rhythms.
“I was immediately drawn to the concept of Faith Driven Entrepreneur because that's who I always was and because there was some infrastructure here and there was something that I could plug into. It was literally plug and play.”
The groups have allowed him to serve and encourage the people in his community so that they can faithfully live it out the mission God has called them to.

It’s a matter of connection where they can get together with other entrepreneurs and some things that can help them be more successful and then to see that it’s the kingdom principles that really make the biggest difference.”
