When everyone was selling off or struggling to stay afloat, founder Casey Crawford felt even more emboldened to step into the fray with a new kind of mortgage company.

Creating in the Unknown

It’s not a question of if the economy will stall or even falter. But rather it’s a question of when. And yet, God gives us himself so we can see beyond our circumstances. We can fix our sights on him.

  • Are you facing uncertainty or brokenness in your entrepreneurial journey? What promises has God given you that you can hold on to in this season?

Make the Vision Clear

Good leaders have a clear vision that they are diligent about communicating. In Habbakuk 2:2, the Lord tells Habbakuk, “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it.  
  • Is your vision for your company clear to your employees? Are those who work for or with you aligned in your vision? If not, consider how you may reinforce your entrepreneurial vision.
