Jerome Fogel

Jerome Fogel is a leader, attorney, and author. He is the cofounder of Fogel & Potamianos LLP, a law firm that helps companies lead in today’s market with expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. He represents successful entrepreneurs and helps negotiate sophisticated talent agreements in entertainment. He also serves as the go-to general counsel for a number of organizations. He has participated in over 50 corporate, non-profit, and entertainment transactions including company formations, buyouts, sales of companies, equity financing, high-profile partnerships, talent agreements, digital music distribution, television distribution, publishing, event licensing, and commercial transactions.
Jerome was previously in business development, including GE Capital and Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business. He was also a Summer Associate with Paul Hastings LLP in Los Angeles and in private practice.
He is a graduate of UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business (B.S. in Business Administration) and New York University School of Law (J.D.). He also is a Certified Behavioral Consultant with the DISC Personality Assessment.
Recently, Jerome published his first book The Gauntlet: Five Keys for Unlocking Success in Leadership to pass on the lessons of leadership he has learned along his journey.
Jerome lives in Los Angeles and is married to his beautiful bride Sheri. He is currently studying spiritual theology at Talbot School of Theology and is passionate about writing, boxing, fitness, fantasy football, and travel.
