Ally Davidson
Entrepreneur | Camp Gladiator
Ally Davidson tried out for the show American Gladiators on her wedding day, four hours before the ceremony. Her athleticism and spirit qualified her for the show and the producers liked her story so much that they decided to do a couples episode, inviting both Ally and her husband Jeff, to compete.
After returning from their honeymoon, the couple spent four weeks in LA on a “Gladiator honeymoon” competing on the show. Ally dominated the competition, going on to win the Grand Championship, and they used the winnings to start Camp Gladiator.
After starting with just a stack of cones and 40 people, Camp Gladiator has taken the fitness industry by storm. With her husband, Ally owns and manages over 3,500 Camp Gladiator locations with 1,000 trainers and over 100,000 customers.
When Ally Davidson woke up on the morning of her wedding day, she had no idea the journey that God had prepared for her, nor did she anticipate it would start with a tryout for the television show American Gladiator that very same day. Fast forward a few years and Camp Gladiator has over 3500 locations across the country with over 100,000 members. Tune in to hear the story of Jeff and Ally Davidson—how interacting with Hulk Hogan jump started their business, how they’ve seen community and exercise drastically affect people’s lives, and how their faith impacts everything they do.
