Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Watch Party?
A Watch Party is a local, in-person gathering where your community watches the conference together. Think of it as a front-row seat to a global conversation — with the added benefit of processing it with people in your own backyard. Hosts around the world open their offices, churches, and homes to bring this experience to their communities.
What does it mean to host a watch party?

You gather a group of faith driven entrepreneurs in your area to watch the FDE Conference livestream together. You provide the venue and community — we provide the content and resources to make it a great experience.

Why host instead of just attending online?

Because what happens in the room matters as much as what’s on the screen. Watch Parties are where partnerships form, where ideas become action, and where faith driven entrepreneurs find each other.

How many people do I need in my Watch Party?

There’s no minimum. Some hosts gather 5–10 people in a living room; others organize 50+ at a church or office. It’s your event — you know your community best.

What does it cost to host?

Nothing. Hosting is completely free — and we’ll give you five complimentary tickets to hand out to guests you want to bring into the room.

What do I need to host?

A space. A screen. A handful of people to invite. We send everything else.

What does FDE provide to hosts?
We set you up for success.

  • Hosts receive a digital kit with everything you need to promote your event — graphics, social posts, invite templates, and more.
  • Your gathering gets listed on our conference map, making it easy for faith driven entrepreneurs in your area to find you and register (a great way to grow your network).
  • Closer to the conference, we’ll host a live training to walk you through the details.
  • As a thank-you, you’ll receive promo codes for free registration for yourself and five people.
What if September 18 at 8:30am doesn’t work for my group?

You have a 30-day window. Host on conference day, or anytime in the 30 days after. Need help picking a date? Reach out and we’ll find one with you.

When is the application deadline?

We review applications on a rolling basis and encourage you to apply early. Space in some cities is limited to ensure a quality experience for attendees in each area.

You don’t need to be an expert.

Just a heart for the entrepreneurs in your city—and a willingness to open a room.
